Welcome to the mobile application and website of MAKEBS, developed and operated by DOIT APP as a technology provider. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
DOIT APP is a platform designed to facilitate online order management for food businesses. We strive to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data while you enjoy our features. We act solely as intermediaries and are not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by affiliated businesses.
Downloading the application is free, and no registration is required to access its main functions, except in cases where strictly necessary for proper use of the app.
To ensure proper functioning of the application, DOIT APP may collect certain personal data, such as:

Phone number
Address
These data are used solely to enable key app functionalities, such as order management and service personalization.
Note: DOIT APP does not request photos nor integrate social networks as part of its functionality.
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. DOIT APP is not responsible for inconveniences resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.
The Privacy Policy is designed to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data. DOIT APP collects and processes personal data in accordance with U.S. data protection laws.

The application and website allow users to place online orders for products offered directly by MAKEBS.
DOIT APP: provides the digital platform and acts as a technological intermediary for order and payment processing.
MAKEBS: exclusively responsible for preparation, quality, fulfillment, and delivery of orders.
When making purchases exclusively through the mobile application of MAKEBS, the customer understands and agrees that transactions will be processed and reflected in their bank statement under the Restaurant’s name. This is because DOIT APP is authorized by the restaurant to manage the processing and collection of transactions made through the mobile application.
Key notes:
DOIT APP will process only payments generated through the restaurant’s mobile application or website, acting as an authorized intermediary.
Transactions will appear on the customer’s bank statements under the restaurant’s name, as per the agreement between DOIT APP and the restaurant.
This arrangement does not apply to purchases made outside the mobile application.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that this procedure ensures security and efficiency in payment management. For inquiries or clarification about specific charges reflected in their bank account, customers may contact our support team at lab@doitapp.us.
Cancellations due to customer fault: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order, it will be considered a cancellation attributable to the customer.
In such cases, the order will be returned to the restaurant, and a partial refund may be processed, limited to the food cost as accepted by the restaurant.
Refunds: Refunds are managed directly by the restaurant. The customer may receive a partial refund covering only the food cost. Service and delivery fees (e.g., DoorDash) and processing fees will not be refunded when the cancellation is attributable to the customer.
The user agrees to receive emails, SMS, or push notifications with promotions from MAKEBS, sent through DOIT APP. The user will always have the right to unsubscribe from these communications.
The user agrees not to:
Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software.
Interfere with platform operation or affect third-party rights.
DOIT APP is not responsible for the quality, delivery times, preparation, or any aspect related to the restaurant’s products, as these are the exclusive responsibility of MAKEBS.
DOIT APP is limited to ensuring the proper operation of the technological platform, except for temporary interruptions due to maintenance or failures beyond its control.
The user acknowledges and agrees that neither DOIT APP nor MAKEBS will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or website.
The user has the right to:
Access their order information and personal data.
Rectify any incorrect data.
Request deletion of their data, unless required to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
DOIT APP and MAKEBS may modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to legislative, regulatory, or service changes. The updated version will always be available on the platform.
By using this mobile application or website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, including the limitation of liability clause and marketing communications.
